Biking is a wonderful workout when your body aches. Fitness guru Ben Borsellino Gym Owner is of the opinion that cycling is among the safest exercises to engage in.
In riding a bike, your legs swing in a circular motion. This exercise is not demanding in terms of knees, hips and ankles. It does not put excessive pressure on the joints as running does.
Biking will strengthen the muscles surrounding your joints. Through these muscles, your joints do not hurt as much when these muscles are strong. You are also able to move around more easily on the daily basis.
Bike riding is also good in helping your blood to circulate. Oxygen and nutrients are transported to your joints by your blood. This makes stiffness go away. A brief bike ride can make your bones and muscles feel better and more stressed.
Additional weight will cause pain in your joints. Biking is good to keep you in good shape. This puts strain off your knees and hips.
Attempt to ride 3 or 4 days a week. Straighten up, maintain good posture. You will feel better soon about your joints!
